Our Silver HomeGuard service agreement includes semi-annual preventative maintenance tune-ups of your heating/cooling system. You may upgrade to our Gold or Platinum HomeGuard plans to include annual check-ups on your plumbing and/or electrical systems for only a few more dollars per month.
