Gwyn Services is dedicated to serving our local community. Joining forces with Whole Man Ministries, we worked together to build safe, adequate housing for homeless veterans. Gwyn Services donated all labor and materials necessary to install electricity as well as new heating and cooling systems. “I wanted to write and thank you for our recent experience with your company.  I called early yesterday to see about arranging a service call as our AC had gone out.  The person I spoke with was very understanding and arranged to have someone come out that very day.  I know it has been hot and your folks have been busy but she never gave me a clue that one more service call might be inconvenient.  Our appointment was to be late in the day, which was fine.  As it got near time for me to leave work for an appointment, I called to verify all was still set and was assured that we were to be next as soon as the repair man finished his current call.  I left work and headed on to my appointment and before I even got there I received a call from you all saying that the repair man was finishing his current call and would be on his way to our house shortly.  This extra call was very much appreciated and a surprise.  Most companies are not so considerate of their customers time.  I also wanted to say that my husband and I appreciate your support of WBFJ radio.  We listen regularly and we like to encourage the business supporters of this station.  Thanks again for a very positive experience!
